Administrative Assistant

Job Description:

Windley Ely, located in London, Ontario, are Workplace Injury Solution Experts. We are currently recruiting for and Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include: Maintenance and management of all client claims, company files and data support systems; Set up and cataloguing of client files; File distribution and maintenance of company databases; and Contact with external service providers (answering telephones). Additional duties as assigned include; special customer based projects, day-to-day office operational tasks/projects and organize special company events etc.

Skills and Experience Required:

Minimum of Grade 12; Previous experience in a similar role is an asset; Skilled in Microsoft Office computer applications; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong oral and written communication skills; Good analytical and mathematical skills; Excellent organizational skills; Tactful approach and confidentiality is essential.
