Don has been with Windley Ely since 2003. Since 2003, Don has managed a team of claim specialists with a diverse cliental base, including a multinational world leader in supply chain management and a Canadian leader in the logistics market. Don has been with Windley Ely since 2003. Since 2003, Don has managed a team of claim specialists with a diverse cliental base, including a multinational world leader in supply chain management and a Canadian leader in the logistics market. He has extensive workers’ compensation claims management experience with Ontario’s Workplace Safety & Insurance Board and in the private sector with Compass Group Canada.

Don’s experience consists of claims management, analyzing and developing RTW processes, experience rating analysis, reclassification issues, and account restructuring. Prior to working at Windley Ely, Don developed significant workers’ compensation experience while working at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) and at Compass Group Canada. Don is a licensed Paralegal.
